Peaches are better when...

Peaches are so much better when you can somehow get the jar opened by yourself and then make a terrible mess by sticking your fingers in the jar and licking the delicious substance off. Of course to make it even better, you must tip the jar upside down and let what remains slide down around your fingers unto your now messy clothes! :-)

Little Mommy

Kelsey decided her dog needed a diaper. She then needed a wipe and scrubbed it up good! I had to say "NO" to the rash cream though!

A very dear lady

Yesterday, we went to this lady's 70th birthday party. She is a wonderful person! She is like another mother to me. She has gone through much trials in her lifetime and has come out a saint! She is such an example of God's love to me. I love you, Nancy!

Horsey Fun!

After fixing Kelsey's hair one morning, she decided that her horse needed "Pretties" too! Little Sister then, quite proudly snatched it off when Kelsey wasn't looking!

The wall of Jericho

Today I marched around the wall of Jericho!! It happened to be my week to teach the Pre-school class and the lesson was about Jericho. Our "wall" was cups stacked all around the edge of a table. We had party horns to blow on the 7th time around(which proved to be rather noisy!). Thankfully, we had a snack right after so the little dears agreed they couldn't blow and eat at the same time!
Isn't it amazing how you teach such awesome truths about God's power to tiny kids and yet it seems we so often fail to realize the same truths as adults?! Most of us today would have quit a long time before the 7th day, much less gone 7 more times on the 7th day. God can do the IMPOSSIBLE, but where is our diligence in believing and trusting in Him? He is the same God today as He was back then, is He not?

Oak Ridge Boys

You guessed right! Probably anyone that has ever seen Lee Golden would remember him! Tim is a huge fan, so I got him tickets for Christmas. They were in Lancaster last Saturday, so we left the girls with Gramma and Grandpa Schultz and had a nice date!
